Chuck Patrick and Go-To Transport Receive Patriot Award

BAY CITY, MICHIGAN – September 24, 2018 – On September 19, 2018, Chuck Patrick, Operations Manager at Go-To Transport, was presented with the Patriot Award from the United States Department of Defense’s ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) Awards Program. The Patriot Award is given to individual supervisors and bosses of those who serve in the National Guard or Reserve for their ongoing support of employees through flexible scheduling and leaves of absence, among other factors.

Chuck was nominated by Stephanie Tanner, dispatcher in Operations and First Lieutenant in the 406th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion. Stephanie is in the Army Reserve and takes time off monthly to serve her country.

 

“Go-To has been exceptionally supportive of my demanding schedule with the Army Reserve. For that I would like to honor them with recognition for their efforts and continued support,” she said.

 

Command Sergeant Major Mark Kloha of the 406th visited Go-To Transport’s Bay City Office and presented Chuck with the award and a lapel pin.
