Driver Manager

Go-To Transport Driver Managers are another vital part of the Operations team, responsible for overseeing a team of Company Drivers and Owner Operators. Driver Managers also communicate with the drivers throughout the day to ensure the timely delivery of each customer¹s freight. In addition, these leaders work closely with the Customer Service Representatives to resolve any issues that may affect either the customer or driver. Skills ideal for this position include the following:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Adaptability, for handling change

• Strong multitasking skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Great follow-through skills

This position is for weekend (Saturday/Sunday) shift. Shifts are 12 hours each, times are 0700-1900 on Saturday and 1000 - 2200 on Sunday.
